Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop the parcel off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
